Supradur 600RB

Supradur 600RB is een dikke rutiel elektrode met goede laseigenschappen om slijtvaste lagen aan te brengen. Wanneer het werkstuk gevoelig is voor scheurvorming moet er eerst een bufferlaag met Tenacito R of Superchromax N aangebracht worden, bij dikkere slijtvaste lagen moet dit zelfs om de 3 lagen! Het lasmateriaal is alleen te bewerken d.m.v. slijpen en wordt veel gebruikt voor het oplassen van graafbakken, vijzels, graaftanden en andere werkstukken die onderhevig zijn aan veel slijtage.
