Deze PurgElite opblaasbare backinggasblaas is te gebruiken bij inwendige diameters van 216- 285 mm. De twee blazen zijn met een slang verbonden en worden via een aansluiting gelijktijdig gevuld met formeergas. Nadat beide blazen de juiste druk hebben bereikt opent een gekalibreerd drukventiel en wordt de kamer langzaam gevuld met formeergas en wordt de zuurstof verdreven. Hij is voorzien van lussen om de blazen gemakkelijk te kunnen plaatsen.

  • Compenseert ovaliteit
  • Hittebestendigheid slang tot 700°C
Door het grote contactvlak met de binnenkant van de pijp of buis is een goede dichting altijd gegarandeerd, ook in het geval van ovaliteit zoals bij bochten.
 
Bij een juist gebruik van de PurgElite backinggasblazen komen dure en lastige nabewerkingen zoals beitsen of slijpen te vervallen.
