Modulaire afzuigkap Plymovent FlexHood. De ideale oplossing voor robotinstallaties. Als bronafzuiging onmogelijk is, zijn afzuigkappen de beste oplossing om lasrook in een werkplaats te verwijderen. Afzuigkappen kunnen zich uitstrekken over een werkbank of laszone, zoals een robotinstallatie. Het is een zeer doeltreffende manier om lasrook af te zuigen. In combinatie met de juiste filterunit en ventilator vermindert een afzuigkap de hoeveelheid rook, kleine deeltjes en fijnstof aanzienlijk. Maar ook de hoeveelheid nevel en aerosol die zich in de lucht van de werkplaats bevindt zal drastisch verminderen.

Modulair concept

De afzuigkap van Plymovent bestaat uit modulaire componenten, hierdoor is het systeem gemakkelijk te monteren. Montagekosten worden hierdoor aanzienlijk beperkt. De afzuigkap kan aan het plafond gemonteerd worden of op aluminium staanders geplaatst worden, zodat er een vrijstaande unit ontstaat. De staanders zijn optioneel en verkrijgbaar in 2, 2,5, 3 en 3,5 meter. De staanders kunnen ook op maat worden gemaakt. De afzuigkap is standaard voorzien van geïntegreerde ophangogen, zodat u de kap kunt ophangen.

Plymovent biedt een modulair ontwerp van 1,5 m² (1 x 1,5 m) tot 30 m² (5,5 x 5,5 m).

Laslamellen

Voor veiligheidsredenen en voor optimale lasrookafzuiging adviseren we vonkbestendige laslamellen. Deze zijn optioneel. U kunt hiermee, bijvoorbeeld, een werkplek afsluiten. De lamellen beschermen de werknemers die vlakbij werken, tegen het laslicht en voorkomen lasogen. Bovendien worden hierdoor andere luchtstromen, zoals tocht, uit de afzuigkap gehouden en voorkomen ze dat er rook uit de begrensde zone ontsnapt. Uiteraard vervangen de laslamellen niet de persoonlijke beschermingsproducten, zoals overdrukhelmen. De laslamellen kunt u HIER vinden.
