De Plymovent PHV-W3 mobiele lasrookafzuiger. De PHV is een draagbare compacte lasrookafzuiger. De unit is ontworpen voor verwijdering van lasrook op de werkplek, in krappe ruimtes en moeilijk bereikbare laslocaties. De compacte grootte en de wielen maken het verplaatsen zeer eenvoudig. De PHV unit is uitermate geschikt voor lichte tot middelzware laswerkzaamheden. De automatische start/stop maakt het werken met de PHV unit eenvoudig. De unit schakelt zichzelf automatisch in zodra het lassen begint en schakelt zichzelf weer uit als het lassen stopt. Dit zorgt voor minder geluid en bespaart enorm veel energie.

De PHV unit zuigt de lasrook af dicht bij het lasproces. Afscheiding en filtratie vinden plaats in 5 stappen en zorgen voor een efficiency van bijna 100%. De tangentiale inlaat begint met de cyclonale afscheiding van de grotere deeltjes. 2 Vonkenvangers voorkomen dat vonken het filterpatroon bereiken. Een uineembaar/reinigbaar aluminium voorfilter vangt de grotere deeltjes terwijl de geintegreerde vonkenvanger de fijnere deeltjes afvangt. Het hoofdfilterpatroon Dura-H heeft een oppervlakte van 12m², wat resulteert in een lange filterstandtijd en constante hoge efficiency. Het HEPA filter aan het eind van het filterproces, staat garant voor de hoge filtratie efficiency. Deze PHV filter heeft het W3 certificaat, dit houdt in dat de unit ook bij RVS lassen gebruikt kan worden.
