De Mapp- Pro TS8000 is geschikt voor (hard) solderen. Door de instant on/off ontstekking ontvlamt de brander gemakkelijk, wat het gasgebruik reduceert. De vlam brandt heter door de grote geoptimaliseerde werveling. De "run lock" - knop zorgt voor vinger vrij gebruik terwijl de vlam blijft branden. De vlam van de TS8000 kan groter worden dan de TS7000 en is daarom meer geschikt voor zwaardere werkzaamheden.
