Alurod AlMg5 is een 5356 type aluminium Tig lasdraad. Het lasmateriaal is Al-5Mg en is geschikt om te verlassen met Argon of Argon/Helium beschermgas. AlMg5 wordt gebruikt voor het verlassen van Al-Mg en Al-Mg-Zn legeringen, tevens kunnen verschillende aluminium soorten verbonden worden met een maximum van 5%Mg en onderdelen die later geanodiseerd worden. AlMg5 is de meest gebruikte aluminium Tig lasdraad vanwege de hoge rekgrens en bestendigheid tegen corrosie inclusief zeewater.

Verpakt per koker van 5kg.
